Aker Events

In-house event production for Aker ASA and the 16 daughter-companies. I worked on everything from small meetings to events with up to 400 attendees, including conferences, summer parties, Christmas parties and team-building events.

My Results & Impact

I coordinated and delivered a wide range of events from start to finish, making sure catering, entertainment, staffing, venue setup and logistics all came together as planned. I handled different event formats and client needs while ensuring each production was delivered smoothly and professionally.

My Role

As In-House Project Coordinator, I handled the planning and execution before, during and after each event, working closely with clients, project managers, chefs, staff and suppliers to make sure everything ran according to plan.
