I’m Axel – an event and production professional from Norway who thrives on creating experiences, working with people and being right where the action is. My background is a mix of event production, project coordination, stage management, team leadership, film and TV, with a lot of time spent traveling and working in different environments.

I’ve worked across corporate events, festivals, live productions and international projects, and I genuinely enjoy being where things are happening. I’m naturally social, hands-on and curious, and I tend to be the person who connects the dots, takes responsibility and gets involved wherever I’m needed.

Outside of work, I’ve spent years travelling independently, acquiring memories, chasing new experiences and building projects of my own. I think that has shaped the way I work just as much as my professional experience — adaptable, independent, comfortable with the unexpected and always looking for the next challenge.
