My Results & Impact

I have helped deliver four editions of the conference, making sure the main stage and backstage operations run smoothly across two highly time-sensitive conference days. I coordinate the movement of high-profile speakers, ensuring they are backstage, mic’d up and ready at exactly the right time, while keeping the stage programme, technical production and Front of House fully aligned.

My role

As Stage Manager and Team Leader, I have overall responsibility for the main stage and backstage flow. I work closely with the speaker department, Front of House and technicians, while leading a team of ambassadors who support backstage and other departments when needed.
